Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing service@cherriesusa.com. When contacting us, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to assist in our review.
Once verified, Cherries will work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected item(s) or store credit, at our sole discretion. Claims submitted outside of the stated timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Requests for order cancellations must be submitted via email prior to shipment. Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
